If you are not completely satisfied, we make the return process simple and sustainable by coordinating local donations for your used mattress.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our sleep experience team via our support portal after the mandatory 30-day break-in period to start your return or exchange process.
Verification & Approval
Provide your order number and photos of the mattress tags and condition to ensure the product is eligible for return under our warranty guidelines.
Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate with a local non-profit organization or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive confirmation that the item has been picked up or donated, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
